While my car was serviced I asked for information about buying a Toyota Platinum VSA and was instead given "The Mechanic" information & pricing with no indication that it wasn't a Toyota product. This action by your Finance Personnel is misleading and dishonest!! Afterward went to another Toyota Dealer to purchase the actual Toyota Platinum VSA for $1400 less covering 25k more Miles than what your finance representative quoted for "The Mechanic" coverage!!! While still waiting for my car to be serviced I discovered online that "The Mechanic" warranty was not a Toyota product and was poorly rated so I confronted one of your salespersons, who became belligerent and rude!! Although your service personnel were good, I would never consider buying anything from your dealership!! More

Our vehicle was there on a Saturday. We thought service closed at 5pm (sales closes at five, service at four). Bought a used Toyota Rav4 eight months ago. Sticker said Warranty and not As Is. It's been having electrical issues with the steering wheel controls and it's noticeable when using Apple Car Pla Sticker said Warranty and not As Is. It's been having electrical issues with the steering wheel controls and it's noticeable when using Apple Car Play. When I brought it in to the dealership the service department told me they couldn't find anything wrong with it and that the car does not have Apple Car play. Salesman had to tell them it did. Service department said they updated the software and still couldn't find anything wrong with it. Still having issues with the vehicle. Car has under 36,000 miles on it. Car Fax came up with no past issues when I purchased it, however in the Toyota app it says there was body work and electrical work done to the vehicle at other Toyota dealerships which was never disclosed when I bought it. If I knew that I would not have purchased. Service department seemed clueless. Not happy with my experience there. More
