I have been in the market for a new minivan for quite some time. I diligently evaluated the top 5 best minivans in the market to determine the best vehicle for our growing family. Being a very analytical buyer, Greg provided great patience and service in helping me objectively evaluate all options. At the end of the day, my list of 5 cars was narrowed down to 1 since Greg Berdini was able to bring to the table something no other sales rep or dealership was able to replicate.....trust and integrity. This made our decision very easy in the end. Our perfect score of 5 was given because we trust Holman Toyota and we enjoyed working with a thoughtful staff educated on their vehicles and the market. Not once did we hear the dreaded "What can I do to put you in a car today". There was no pressure or timeline. Greg patiently worked with us for over 4 months and helped us make the best decision. Phil Bricker was very professional from the time we met at the dealership and throughout the process of leasing our Prius. The dealership did back off it's original SUPER price on the vehicle, but it didn at the dealership and throughout the process of leasing our Prius. A few months ago, I came into Holman Toyota shopping for a Toyota Tundra. I wasn't ready to buy, but I wanted to test drive a Tundra to compare with other trucks. When I arrived, Phil was with another custo a Toyota Tundra. I wasn't ready to buy, but I wanted to test drive a Tundra to compare with other trucks. When I arrived, Phil was with another customer and still greeted me with a smile and a handshake. I explained to Phil that I wasn't going to buy a vehicle anytime soon. Phil finished helping his customer and immediately explained everything about the Tundra and how it compared to other full size trucks. Phil even went the extra mile and let me test drive the Tundra I was inquiring about. After the test drive, Phil provided me with even more information and answered all of my questions. About a month ago, I made the decision to purchase a Toyota Tundra. When I contacted Phil, he was eager to help me purchase the truck that was right for me. I made the decision to order a truck and have it built to my specifications. Phil went out of his way to help me complete my order. Phil actually contacted the Tundra plant and had them change a truck that was ordered to my specifications. Phil explained that the action would help me obtain my truck earlier that expected. Phil has exceeded any experience that I have had purchasing a vehicle. The Holman Corporation should be grateful that they have a person like Phil working for them. More
