Misleading and Disappointing. Unfortunately, I did not have the best experience with this dealership. Prior to my visit, I spent a ton of time researching a specific vehicle I want Unfortunately, I did not have the best experience with this dealership. Prior to my visit, I spent a ton of time researching a specific vehicle I wanted to purchase used. This location happened to have the exact vehicle I wanted at a reasonable price compared to other dealerships. I live about an hour away from the dealership. Prior to visiting, I wanted to ensure that I would be approved for financing on the vehicle. I began by submitting an inquiry on the availability of the vehicle. Subsequent to receiving confirmation about the availability, I expressed to the individual I was communicating with that I would be traveling a longer distance to the dealership, and wanted to know where I stood in terms of financing. I submitted a credit application to begin the process. The individual requested what my intended down payment would be, as well as the term of the loan. I provided all of the necessary information regarding my income. A day prior to my visit : “My manager told me that we should be good to go in terms of financing the Mazda6”. I replied : “Awesome thank you! Appreciate the help. Just needed the approval before making the trip”. He then replied with information confirming my visit the next day. The conversation I had with that individual had me convinced that I was approved for financing on the vehicle. The whole purpose of me filling out the application prior to visiting was to ensure that I would be approved so I would not take an hour drive only to be denied. The individual provided me with instructions regarding who I should ask for when walking in. The appointment was made at a specific time. The next day me and my fiancé take an hour trip to the dealership. I walk into the dealership and ask for the person I was instructed to request. The sales rep seemed caught off guard and informed me that the person I was instructed to request was not scheduled to work that day. Regardless, the kind sales rep insisted that he would help me out instead. He located the vehicle and pulled it in front of the showroom. Little did he, or me know, there was a crack in the windshield. He informed me that I could get it fixed and I was completely fine with that. I test drove the vehicle and was ready to make the purchase on the terms I discussed with the initial individual. Time goes by and an issue occurs. I was asked if I could get a co-signer on the vehicle despite the fact that I was told that I was approved the day prior. If I knew I needed a co-signer, I would have brought one with me. Notifying me of that issue a day prior would have saved me the time I wasted. I was very confused as I assumed that the financing situation was already handled. The sales rep I dealt with that day spent a ton of time and effort trying to help me out. He even assumed the financing situation was settled based off of the information I provided. He was put in an unfortunate position due to miscommunication. I had the intention of test driving the vehicle, then making the down payment and drive it home that same day. I appreciate the help I received that day. For future reference, when an individual submits a credit application and requests that they could be notified of approval prior to making the visit, follow through. Do not give someone the impression that they were approved for financing, only to tell them otherwise when they come into the door. I was really excited about purchasing the vehicle. Thank you for the help that day. I hope this does not happen to anyone else. More

Holman Toyota will be getting credit for this review thanks in large part from Phil Bricker. Let me start by saying I’ve dealt with many car salesmen. None of whom have been in the industry for 30 yea thanks in large part from Phil Bricker. Let me start by saying I’ve dealt with many car salesmen. None of whom have been in the industry for 30 years and nearly all at the same dealer! Even moreso, not once were other dealerships ever spoken of in poor light, no mud slinging. As a matter of fact, Phil told me some of the other vehicles I was looking at through other dealers were exceptional deals. To me this was what drew me to work with Holman. Honesty from the first conversation through the entire sales process. Add in the fact that Holman does great things in the community with philanthropic efforts you have an all around winner. Holman has earned a client for life! More

I wish I had read reviews before shopping from this dealersh Like many of their customers including me who purchased a new 2019 Rav4 Stock #KW003358 later to finds out, that the car they imported from Canada/ Like many of their customers including me who purchased a new 2019 Rav4 Stock #KW003358 later to finds out, that the car they imported from Canada/USA had way too many problems compares to Japan import which is available from other dealerships. Mine already had MID instrument panel not working after 2 weeks of purchase which they refused to fix without paying $2,690+tax. Like many had pointed out, Nancy Lynch is such an awful finance consultant. Her attitude so bad when wiring money over the phone, the bank staff on the other line declined her request and hung up on her. My family was verbal abuse by her during the signing process trying to rush us out and the worst part is... not only she overcharge $400 in documentation fees but also increase our interests rate from 5.99% APR to 6.6% APR right before signing in return costing us more. I spend this time writing this review knowing they'll try to remove it which I'll keep posting hoping future shoppers can learn from our mistakes and think twice before shopping from Holman. we'll spend more time filing complaints to Toyota corporate for them to investigate these unfair business practices and discrimination against us with a language barrier. We certainly made our mistakes. Hopefully, they won't do this to you and wish you the very best of luck in buying your new car. Thank You. More
