She was helpful in all parts of the process, from weighing options, to explaining differences, applying for loans, insurance, explaining the car features to me, and all of the other processes. She was extremely patient and displayed a positive and helpful attitude throughout the entire visit. In terms of going through the financing part of the visit, Chris was very well-suited to explain everything to me and offered me an enjoyable experience in buying my first car. He displayed a helpful attitude, did what he could to make this process quick and easy, and offered me every opportunity to ask questions.
