Rather than let another sales person assist or have the decency to respect other people's time and tell my dau car. Connie Baskin swooped in to help. I ended up calling Connie myself to see if something was wrong, she was quite rude and defensive when she told me she was working with 5 other customers. No. That is extremely unprofessional. No reason the girls could not have left to grab lunch and come back - she told them she was sorry to keep them waiting. No, you won't. You are cutthroat and to do not want anyone else there to take a sale. Her professionalism and customer service skills are beyond lacking. I would not recommend Connie Baskin to my worst enemy. More
