very shady! Will not disclose my payoff. Put me through 4 banks the day I applied for credit with them and came back with ridiculous high interest rates. Asked the sales guy to look into this with finance be banks the day I applied for credit with them and came back with ridiculous high interest rates. Asked the sales guy to look into this with finance because it didn't make sense. Told it is what it is. Went to my credit union for financing and in talking with them I was able to submit income based repayment docs for my student loans which dropped my DTI by a lot and got a much better rate. Told the sales guy I would get back to him when my CU got back to me and then they put me through 4-5 more banks causing my credit score to drop. Left a message days ago for the finance manager to see if they could submit the same documents since they already ran my credit through 9 banks. No response. Sales person still will not disclose my payoff. Shocked at how a major dealership like this treats their customers. More
