You just lost a loyal customer! Ask Your customer agent why! Was promised a part for my Tacoma TRD Pro 2021 that was broken during a car wash, a car wash that I didn’t even asked for and was told that sh why! They did not fix my recall issue. Most likely because the mechanic new he would not get paid full rate for fixing a recalled issue. Also, my rental (2021 Toyota Sienna Hybrid) was the dirtiest rental I’ve ev mechanic new he would not get paid full rate for fixing a recalled issue. Also, my rental (2021 Toyota Sienna Hybrid) was the dirtiest rental I’ve ever been given. Not washed, not vacuumed, definitely not wiped down. You think that would all be mandatory due to Covid. The inside of the rental car/ van was absolutely disgusting! I will never come back to your facility if this is what you hand people. Very dissatisfied. More

Just leased our third Toyota with salesman Phil Bricker. He sold my daughter her first car in 2001 and we’ve leased 2. Last week with 24 hour notice Phil found us a 2022 Toyota Corolla. It was literall He sold my daughter her first car in 2001 and we’ve leased 2. Last week with 24 hour notice Phil found us a 2022 Toyota Corolla. It was literally last one on lot for that day. We went in next day to seal the deal and he worked with our budget as far as lowering monthly payments. Had a snafu getting an insurance card but Phil was patient even though I wanted to let insurance agent have it. After the purchase Phil programmed my phone and got me on Toyota app and explained every feature in the car!! Love doing business with Phil. We’ll see him again in February as we have another Toyota that the lease is up. More
