Service writer wrongly estimated left headlight bulb replacement would require light assembly and bumper removal costing $494 when it only needed a simple 10 minute bulb removal and replacement from ins replacement would require light assembly and bumper removal costing $494 when it only needed a simple 10 minute bulb removal and replacement from inside the engine compartment. I tried to correct him but he refused to reconsider and I left a routine oil change with one working headlight and will have to figure out how to change the bulb myself so I can drive after 5pm now. Incompetent and unreasonable!! More

Excellent service department. I had an emergency tire issue on my way home from work and when I called they told me to bring my car right in even though it was 4:30 and they close I had an emergency tire issue on my way home from work and when I called they told me to bring my car right in even though it was 4:30 and they close at 6:00. Joseph Lehman took care of everything quickly and had my tire replaced and had me out of there by 5:45. Only place I will get my car serviced. I have never had an issue any time I have brought my car in for service. More
