HE KNOWS HIS PRODUCT! Even though we were in no way committed to him, he continued to help me by answering all my questions via email promptly. When we arrived, were greeted by Pete who was so friendly, very knowledgable and showed us various models in our price range and size. Super service by everyone we met at Holman - from the walk around (thanks for taking the extra time for us newbies!) to the service department (who did some extra work to get our truck prepared for the trailer)! Eddie was very knowledgeable about his products and took the time to point out the pros and cons of each camper (even though the temperature was below freezing). This summer (during a heat wave) we decided to upgrade to a slightly larger camper and knew that Eddie was the person to help us thru the process. We have a shared driveway so size is an issue. Eddie knew this and never pressed us to try to purchase something "just a little bigger". His goal was to help us find as many of the things on our wish list as we could in the size camper we needed. He he was willing to take as much time with us as we needed and never rushed us to make a decision. After several visits to Holman RV we did purchase a Minnie Winnebago camper. Eddie and all of the personal were very professional in their dress and the way they treated us. We felt very confident in buying from Eddie and Holman RV and recommend everyone we know to talk to Eddie with any questions regarding a camper. More
