He did all he could to strike a great deal on the end of year demo vehicle. The price was great, all concerns about the car being a demo were allayed as Dillon shared pictures, etc. We live in Indianapolis, however, which is a 2.5 hour from Batavia, and deal on an new vehicle was settled at a local dealer that we could not pass on. Dillon was very gracious and understanding and I can tell that he takes much pride in his work and the dealership he a part of. I had a fantastic experience and I would definitely put Holman at the top of my list for future car buying. More

No prep work done on new camper We purchased a new Sandpiper RV from Holman, with the expectations of getting a new prepared camper. We had the unit shipped and did not do the walk We purchased a new Sandpiper RV from Holman, with the expectations of getting a new prepared camper. We had the unit shipped and did not do the walk through as we live in Alabama. When we received the unit, it was obvious no prep work was done on the camper. the battery was dead and the bracket was not connected to hold the battery down. The hydraulic jacks had a major leak and on our first camping trip the AC and slides along with the inverter switch all stopped working. I had attempted to contact our sales person several times Jason Gray but when I try to express my displease I am made to feel like this is normal and questioned if I have "ever owned a camper before", yes 4 to be exact.....so like I am supposed to accept this as normal. Inspecting the camper you will see little shavings and debris all through the camper...this reminds me of a unit that comes from a manufacturer and then just hooked up and sent out with very little or no checks done prior to shipping to me. When I questioned Jason about this he said "well that would have been caught if you did the walk through", like it is my fault and my job to inspect their work and prepare a vehicle.....run a business. Now I am 10 hours away from where I purchased the unit and expected to let it spend the first month I own it in the shop fixing it..... More

First Timers, Great Experience First time RV owners. Knew we wanted a small travel trailer but not much else. Jon Oleo answered questions, made suggestions and gave helpful tips. Planned on buying new but found a barely used 2016 Winnebago. Follow up research showed no other units of this type anywhere in the area close to the price we paid. Finance was a breeze with no pressure to buy add-ons. We also had Holman's service department install the swaybar hitch and reassure us that our tow vehicle was up to the job. Walk through showed us how to use the unit and was very thorough and not rushed. Waited until we got back from a 10 day trip using the camper before writing and we are very happy with the purchase. Would definitely recommend. More

This was our first RV Travel Trailer purchase and one of the easiest purchases of a vehicle from a dealer we have ever made. Art gave us plenty of floor plans to choose from but never pressured us into a decision. He was thorough, thoughtful and very helpful to answer any questions we had. Tammy in finance explained everything to us before anything was signed. Upon delivery of the travel trailer, we had minor adjustments that needed made on our truck and that we wanted on the trailer and the service department worked with our schedule to completed everything in a timely manner. Very Satisfied and ready to enjoy our already planned outings! More
