After finding the Shadow Cruiser 185FBR that I was interested in, I requested their best pricing. I quickly received an e-mail with a terrific price. After a couple of phone calls to work out the deal and to ensure there were not unexpected add-ons, I purchased the unit over the phone. Danny was great to work with. Two days later via FedEx, I had all of the paperwork in hand. Since I was traveling from LA, I needed the trailer stored for about a month and needed to pick it up on a certain day. No problem! Tammy Watson, made everything work smoothly from this point forward. When we finally did arrive at the dealership at 7:45 am, everyone was ready to help us. Tammy had the title ready, along with the temporary plate. From the service end, Chris was ready for our walk-through. Aaron did the walk-through and was terrific. No rush, answered all the questions. Took extra time to show us the finer points. To sum it up. We couldn't have been happier with the professionalism, courtesy, and friendliness shown by all. I search everywhere on the internet and at our local dealerships and couldn't find the deal I got from Holman dealership on a 2012 GMC Acadia SLT-1 AWD. I deal so good that I flew in from Oklahoma and d dealerships and couldn't find the deal I got from Holman dealership on a 2012 GMC Acadia SLT-1 AWD. I deal so good that I flew in from Oklahoma and drove the vehicle back. Even the sales man from my local dealership told me that it was a good deal. Rusty was really helpful and friendly. When I got there they send somebody (Don- really friendly retire guy) to pick me up at the airport. The transaction was really smooth. I even met the owner when I was there. Everybody was really friendly, polite and helpful. I would buy a vehicle from them again without even thinking about it. More

Traded in my 2006 Aerolite for a 2012 Laredo 266RL. Did it over the internet with the help of sales rep Jason Gray, very knowledgeable and helpful. my overall experience with Holmon motors was good. It was raining when we looked at the Viewfinder we purchased, and probably should have looked it over more carefully than we did. We had an issue with a lock on the storage compartment. It had a key broken off in it. They worked to fix it but still does not work properly. The decals where they removed the lock and reinstalled it now have jagged edges. One of the outside speakers I have found was not hooked up. I have fixed that. There is an issue with one of the swivel rockers seems to be sprung, and the heater does not work in the bedroom duct. I contacted Chris in service, and he told me to take to local dealer whom I am not comfortable with so I will continue to fix the problems myself. I have a piece of moulding coming loose on the outside trim, and did not get a gas line to hook up the gas grill. I still have not received any info on the extended warranty, paint and fabric protection that I paid extra for, or any information on Priority RV network that I have a card for. I'm not at all impressed with follow up after the sale. I guess after they get your money that's it. I did get a good price I guess even though I have problems. More

In late-February I completed my second travel trailer upgrade within 20 months at Holman. Both times I dealt with Luke Holman; he was very knowledgeable, courteous,informative and easy to deal with. I was very satisfied with the trade-in allowance that I recieved both times. The last transaction was completed via Holman's website, email, phone calls and Fedex, while I was vacationing in Florida. this is our second RV purchase from Holmans. We had such a great experience the first time, we purchased again thru Holmans. It was alot of fun dealing with Jason Gray and we would recommend him highly to any one looking for a new or used RV. Their service department and parts department are very knowledgeable, and are very willing to help the customer with any questions or concerns that you may have. And the price, you can't beat it. We have been to several RV shows for the last 2 years looking for just the right RV. They have the best selection and prices around! More

I searched every web site for as good a deal as Holman's had on my 2012 GMC Acadia and couldn't find one! This deal was so good that I drove THREE hours to complete the deal! We had a great experience buying our new RV. We did a lot of research on-line first. The website was very easy to use and even aided in the camper we ended up purchasing. That is, we were set on buying one unit but noticed on the home page of the website that a new 2013 unit had recently become available. It had the same floor plan we were looking for but the interior was more appealing to us. If they wouldn't have loaded this on their homepage timely we wouldn't have ever considered it. Also, we were very impressed with the amount of inventory they had in stock. Many of the other dealers might have the model we were looking for but didn't have the interior color we were interested in. We didn't have that issue at Holmans. Also, the salesman we worked through, Tony Zee, was very approachable and didn't come across as a pressure salesman. He was very upfront with pricing on the campers as well as the other items we needed such as a hitch and brake controller, etc. And their pricing was among the best we could find. This was obviously important to us but of course wanted to make sure the dealer was reputable. Understanding that this was a family owned dearlership that's been in business since 1945 put our fears at ease. Coming from 3 hours away to purchase the unit, I was very pleased with the service we got the day of the purchase. The process went very smoothly from start to finish. Once we picked out the unit, we completed the necessary paperwork and financing which was pretty painless(and another salesperson let our two young kids watch a movie on their i-pad which kept them entertained). Once the paperwork was done, we had to wait for the unit to be prepped and our truck get the hitch and brake controller installed. Since our truck wasn't available, they provided us with a vehicle which we could use to go get lunch and do shopping and wasn't trapped at the dealership. This was very much appreciated. Once the unit was prepped we were called and we went back to the dealership for our walk through. The guys who took us through the unit was very helpful (as this was our first camper) and spent about an hour going through every detail and encouraged us to ask questions along the way. We also didn't feel like they were trying to rush us out of there. Lastly I should note we completed this all on a Saturday, and was able to take the unit home on the same day!!
