We have purchased many new cars but Holman GMC was by far the friendliest and easiest dealership we have ever visited. Every employee that walked by smiled and said hello. I took my car back the day after purchase for something minor which needed tweaking. Jason wasn't in yet which was fine because I really only needed the service department. Someone approached me immediately, and when I explained why I was there, they called Jason, who spoke to me and let me know he would be in soon. Jason inspected my vehicle after it came out of service to make sure it was okay. I also noticed how the employees seemed to be happy to be there and there was a noticable comradery among the employees. Definitely a great experience! More

We live in Alberta Canada , searched online for a good price on a new travel trailer. Looked at numerous US based RV dealers many who cater to Canadians and purporting to be wholesalers, I soon found out price on a new travel trailer. Came across a Viewfinder at Holman Motors and Eddie Holmberg was our sales rep. My wife had lots of questions for Eddie and we found him to be quite accomodating, a pleasure to work with, in fact my wife got to know a lot about Eddie (he couldn't get away from her). Finally we purchased the 22rbds from Eddie and the documentation to import into Canada was handled by Tammy. Everything was in order and I imported the unit 1800 miles from Holman's at Sweetgrass Mt. without any problem. Hello Eddie, this is Lucia. From the beginning, Tony "Zee" was very helpful & gave us plently of space and time to look over the available RV's at our own pace. When it came time to complete financing, Jon Switzer was also great to work with. All our paperwork was completed painlessly & Jon was super nice. Phil, who complete the walk through and delivery with us was fantastic. He explained everything in detail and gave us plenty of time to ask questions. He took the time to show us how to install the weigh distribution, adjust the trailer brakes, & showed us what are the best "starter" products. We did not feel rushed at all. We couldn't be happier with their 'no hassle, no push, no fuss' approach. Almost all our communication started via internet or phone. I never felt pressured and was always happy with the quick responses and attention to details. Tony Zee walked us through the whole process, he recommended a few things, but we decided for money reasons to decline those options. Even at that time I didn't feel like he looked down upon me or made me feel inferior. When we went to pick up our camper, we had someone go through everything with us. Since we are first time camper owners, they went through ever deatil with us. Bob answered all our questions and explained everything SO well! He even walked us through the store so that we could see the products that he had discussed and what we would need. I found this extremely helpful. The other thing I really liked is they made it clear that we weren't signing any paperwork until we were sure that this was the camper we wanted. Once our 'walk through' was complete, we went in and Tony asked us if we wanted to proceed, our answer was OF COURSE! We then signed our paperwork and got ready to head out. The hospitality and down home feel from the dealer was amazing! I've already recommended Holman Motors to a couple of my friends, without a doubt I'll spread the name and will continue to keep Holman RV in my mind for future purposes! My wife and I had been thinking of buying a travel trailer for awhile. I did a lot of looking online, comparing prices and selection and Holman seem to have the best of both in my area. We went into Holman thinking it would be a high pressure sale and were very surprised that it was far from that.. Every person we met there was very friendly. Art Flores was our sales man and he was great.. We told him what we were looking for, he asked us some basic questions, need to know info for first time RV buyers, then took us out to the lot where the model we wanted to look at was and also pointed out a few others we may like. He left us there to shop, no pressure, just left his cell number if we had any questions. Art would come back by just to check on us but did not rush us. After we made our selection we got to met the guys in the service department and they were all very nice. Chris Ware was great as were all the guys that worked with us. All seemed to know what they were talking about and honest enough to say if they did not know they could ask someone for us. Overall it was the best buying experience I have had. My wife spotted a car she liked when we were there and I am sure when the time come us will not even think of going anyplace else but back to Holman to see Art. I tell everyone to go there. More

One of the first things we noticed about Holman was the energy level of the operation. The staff members were all highly trained, knowledgeable, and exhibited an esprit de corps that is uncommon in many of the dealerships we were visiting. The staff seemed to interact more like a family. We also appreciated the lack of pressure tactics during the sales process. Our salesperson was Gail Greger, who was always sincere, helpful, and knew about the products she represented. As Gail learned about our requirements, she was able to locate an RV that met our needs, as well as negotiating a competitive price. After our purchase, the walkthrough was very thorough, and any items needing attention were addressed. We liked doing business with Holman, because of their professionalism, personal attention, and classic good service that is often missing in organizations. This was super important to us because we were able to go look at many different campers with a lot of different combinations without the pressure of typical sales person trying to push us one way or another because they need to make a sale on a particular camper. My wife and I picked out several campers and when Art returned we talked to him about those campers. Art provided details about each camper that we were thinking about as well as the manufacture literature and price. We went home and took several days to look at all the options to make a decision on the camper we wanted to own. We finally made a decision on a Road Warrior 415 toy hauler. I made the 9 hour drive to Holman to pick up our new camper. After arriving we were properly introduced to Eddie and in about 40 minuets all the paperwork was complete and we were going through the unit. Eddie had the unit set up for us to stay overnight before heading out in the morning. We felt in love with the new 2013 Viewfinder Signature, travel trailer by Cruiser RV. After searching through internet we found that Holman Motors, Inc. had the best sales price, very reasonable.
