Great customer service from Nate( which he was not even my salesman because of some "sales up rotation or 1st contact agreement),but nevertheless he is a great asset to the Holman group. Tammy knows how to take care of business and runs a pretty tight ship.Forrest in the shop was fantastic in helping us with our problems we had putting on our weight dist. hitch etc......Now for our salesman Jim ...........was friendly and accommodating,but lacks knowledge of products and our camper in general. He just came off to us as wanting the quick sale and out the door. We will tell people about Holmann,but will direct them to Nate,Tammy and Forrest. Over all our experience was good until we had drove 30 miles away and someone pulled up beside us and said our turn signals were going opposite to the way we were turning.( walk thru issues) so we called back talked to Chris said we would have to come back(not) already drove 30 miles in steep hills buring alot of fuel and stuck in a traffic jam for 3 miles.Said we would resolve issue with local dealer and send estimate back for Warranty. Arrived in Branson,Mo and spent 2 nights and found out electrical plugs from the bathroom to the bedroom not working(walk thru issues again)called again same story WARRANTY issues,and again said we would try and resolve thru our local dealer.Hope HOLMAN holds up to their end of the Warranty issues......if not we will have a problem sending any other buisiness to them and we have several prospects for them.Thanks Holman for all the good stuff and lets work on the BAD and make it right on the stuff that should of been taken care of at pre-inspection and walk thru. Camping is our life! Our first camper purchased was a nice used travel trailor. We had this camper for 13 years. My experience in working with Andrew was one of mutual respect. He reviewed a list of "must haves" and "desires" of my desired RV. In other words, he was not just trying to sell me an RV for the sake of a sale, but a RV that I would enjoy with my family. 3. He followed up with me to answer any lingering questions and concerns I may have had. 4. Through negotiation we closed a deal. 5.
