We live 3 1/2 hours away and found this RV on the internet. We purchased a new 3010 Cyclone toy hauler and have had nothing but problems with the vehicle and the dealership. Our walk thru was fine; however, the first time we used the rv we encountered major issues. First, the water lines were not fully connected and water spilled out everywhere; second, the vacuum system main attachment area was bolted to NOTHING and pulled out of the wall; third, the shower was never sealed properly and leaked; fourth, the black tank leaked; fifth, the main TV got a poor reception. We drove another 3 1/2 hours back for the repairs under warranty. We were told after a week, to pick it up and it was all repaired. The only repair we found was the vacuum was now bolted to a piece of wood added, the water lines were tightened and caulking added to the shower. The TV still isn't clear, the black tank still leaks and now, the fuel pump is malfunctioning and will cost $150.00 to replace as it is no longer under warranty; additionally the awning strut has bent and SURPRISE, Holman's has no idea what part to order or how to fix it! We've received very poor response and very poor customer service from this dealership. It seems once the sale is complete, there is no follow-up or care of customer service. WE WILL NEVER recommend this dealership and have told others to run like the wind from them! More

Well the interest rate and payment was going to be an insane amount!! So I looked around on-line and found Holman Motors. I read reviews on here and saw that they looked like a great dealer. They had the truck that we wanted and for a GREAT price! Talked to someone on Monday and drove the 5 1/2 hours on Thursday to pick up our first BRAND NEW truck! Payment was where we wanted it and a great interest rate. Art Flores that worked with us was amazing! We honestly can't thank him enough along with the finance guys! We HIGHLY recommend checking them out! We will never shop anywhere else again!! Thanks guys! More

We purchased a travel trailer yesterday from Holman Motors in Batavia, Ohio. We thought their pricing was very competative when we compared online so we drove two hours to see their inventory. Nate Borowitz responded to our request to look at a model listed online. He took the time to answer all of our question, was very timely in his responses, and emailed us all the information we needed. We met Nate at 8 am on a Saturday, since we drove two hours from Columbus, he made sure we taken care of. We had our vehicle serviced for a hitch and a brake controller, and by 1 pm we were ready for our walk through. During our wait for the servicing of our vehicle we were provided a loaner car by the service dept so we could shop the local stores and have a lunch. When we came back our vehicle was ready. Mr. Chris? Ware was real friendly as he set us up for a free loaner car and mr phil Adams installed the hitch and patiently showed us how to properly use the equipment on our new rig. These fine gentlemen provided excellent customer service and I wil make the 100 mile journey to batavia to buy my next recreational vehicle. Great place to do business! More

We were a little hesitant about making a major purchase of our Voltage 3105 5th Wheel Toy Hauler, over the internet......but it was the easiest thing we have ever done, and we would do it again in a heartb of our Voltage 3105 5th Wheel Toy Hauler, over the internet......but it was the easiest thing we have ever done, and we would do it again in a heartbeat! Since we are from Southern Alberta we basically purchased our unit by seeing it only through pictures on the website as well as a DVD walk-thru. They did have a similar unit close to where we live that we looked at, but it is just not the same as kicking the tires on the unit you are going to buy! Nate was available (even from the baseball game he was at) to answer all of the many questions we had. He got back to us right away on every little thing or concern and question with no high pressure sales pitch. They never asked for a deposit to hold the unit either. This really made us feel that they really appreciate and want our business. I am still waiting to here back from other dealerships regarding inquiries we had made, guess what too late boys!! Papers were sent to us by FED EX, we signed, sent a wire transfer, and then Nate set up a date for delivery. Within 10 days our trailer was delivered to the rest area on the US side at Sweetgrass, Montana. The delivery lady Marcia was awesome and got our unit to the border a day ahead of schedule. After a quick inspection and signing of papers, we were on our way back into Canada. We had to pay tax only on the purchase price as it was delivered to the border. Had we picked it up in Great Falls or Havre we would have paid tax on the delivery charge as well. We were in the border office for 20-30minutes doing paperwork. Holman's had everything ready in a file folder to hand to the border agent. We have our trailer home now and are so excited to take it out camping! There were a few little things that Nate is looking into for us, and we are certain he will have these issues resolved asap. If you are considering buying a trailer in the USA but worried about costs or customs etc. Stop worrying and just do it! The money we saved on this major purchase, well we still can't believe it!! The folks at Holman's will definitely do whatever it takes to make sure you the customer are taken care of properly. Nice to know there are still business like that out there!! More

We were looking for a slightly larger camper with a rear bath. I used Holman's website to narrow down my choices and get sale prices. We had been searching for a Mobile Suite to meet our needs and we found it in the Mobile Suite Estates. We visited other dealers that just did not seem interested in doing business with us until we rea needs and we found it in the Mobile Suite Estates.
