I had attempted to buy an RV from a consignment dealer and was given a rejection simply because I had recently moved and changed jobs. Over the course of the next few days I received emails and phone calls requesting additional information and providing updates and was approved in a matter of hours when the financing was submitted. During the entire purchasing process I was continuously updated by Eddie of the status of the purchase and also the status of shipping the RV to Texas. while I feel the way Eddie and Holman Motors handled the sale is how I think all sales should be handled, nowadays it is far from normal to receive this level of service from too many sellers. I cannot recommend Eddie Holmberg and Holman Motors enough; the entire process could not have been easier and I honestly felt Eddie and Holman Motors always put my best interest first. More

I emailed Nate on a Sunday with some questions I had about an RV I was considering. I never expected him to email back the answers until Monday, I just wanted to email him while they were fresh in my m about an RV I was considering. Even when he was on a short vacation Nate responded to us quickly just as if he were on the show room floor writing from his desk. This was one of the many reasons we decided to purchase from Holman Motors rather than purchasing here in Texas. Everyone at the dealership treated us like family rather than "just a customer". This great treatment included the service department who got my truck ready to tow in record time, Dan who did our walk through after purchase and John Switzer in finance who was helpful and not in the least pushy. The RV store was also very helpful, you guys all put out a 100% effort for us. To make a long story short we are very glad we drove 1000 miles one way to deal with Holman Motors and Nate Borowitz. The trip was an adventure and now we have recommended Holman and Nate to our neighbors down the street who have already been in contact with Nate. If the time comes we are in the market for another RV or maybe a new GMC truck Holman Motors it the first and last place I will do my shopping. Why did I give Holman and Nate a five star rating?
