The purchase process started with my inquiry via the internet which was handled by Emily. She was fantastic in helping me get to a price point where I could drive the 30 miles to work with Kevin. From past experience I am generally weary of dealerships. I worked with Sean Connolly and from start to finish Sean's service was exceptional. On the night that I came to pick up my vehicle I was running late as the dealership was closing, Sean walked out and stood at the gate to ensure that I would not be locked out and that I could pick up my vehicle. This is just one example of Sean's willingness to consistently exceed my expectations. Sean was preapared when I arrived and the entire paperwork process only took 20 minutes. The finance manager Joe Hozalski also went above the call of duty and stayed late to complete my paperwork and expidite the process. Holeman Infinity creates a professional and classy experience and I will definitely refer any of my friends and family to Sean and the Holeman Infinity staff. More
Although an hour away from my house, i was recommended to Holman from 3 different people. Sean was very efficient in getting me a great deal. I was told by another dealer that they were the best price, but H Holman from 3 different people. Sean was very efficient in getting me a great deal. We connected immediately and he worked very hard to earn our business. After going back and forth with another dealership in Pa. Sean won our business. We wanted to purchase at the dealership we would ultimately be using, Holman. After driving my husband's new car home from the airport, I decided to trade my BMW x5 and get the FX 35. Of course Sean would be our salesperson. We came to Holman and purchased the automobile. I felt comfortable enough to stop in a few times since my purchase to have help with the confusing technology. Emily was very accommodating and provided a no nonsense, very thorough, down to earth approach to getting me the information and answers I needed in a timely manner. Chris Swartz was my sales representative. He made me feel very comfortable from beginning to end of the leasing process. He is very knowledgeable and provided detailed instructions on the usage of all the car's features. Joe had prepared the financial documents, which only had to be signed... no waiting. EMILY WORKED WELL WITH ME ADVISING OF THE VEHICLES IN STOCK AND EVEN HAD THEIR BUYER SEE IF THERE WOULD BE ANYTHING I WAS INTERESTED IN AT THE AUCTION THAT WEEK. I WAS LOOKING FOR A DEMO OR NEW VEHICLE. STOCK AND EVEN HAD THEIR BUYER SEE IF THERE WOULD BE ANYTHING I WAS INTERESTED IN AT THE AUCTION THAT WEEK. I WAS LOOKING FOR A DEMO OR NEW VEHICLE. CAME TO THE SHOWROOM AND MEET WITH TOM AND WE DISCUSSED BOTH VEHICLES, UNFORTUNATELY ONE OF THE VEHICLES I WAS INTERESTED IN APPEARED TO HAVE BEEN SOLD AND THE OTHER WAS BURIED IN SNOW AFTER THE SNOW STORM THE DAY BEFORE. TOM GOT SOME GUYS AND THEY DUG THAT CAR OUT AND WE WENT FOR A DRIVE. TOM EVEN HAD ME STOP THE CAR SO HE COULD GET THE SNOW THAT WAS PACKED INTO THE RIMS OUT AS IT WAS AFFECTING THE RIDE. My wife and I went to look at the G series. George Parker came out and greeted us in the lot. We told him we didn't know much about the vehicle so he went over everything including taking a test drive in sev came out and greeted us in the lot. First thing we liked about George was at no time did he pressure us into buying any of the vehicles. In the end we really liked the G37. We told George we were interested in leasing and told him what price we would be comfortable with each month. We went inside and within approximately ten minutes he had a deal for us. There was no going back and forth over the price wasting hours of our time just in and out and now we have a great car we are both happy with.
