I had the best car dealership experience when I purchased the 2008 Tribeca from Sean Connoly on 2/28/2011. I haven't purchased many cars. A subaru and a mazda before this one. But I must say that when I arrived late that rainy evening to see the car, I was greeted my the general manager who said to me as I walked in "Are you here for the Subaru?" Sean was extremely helpful from the first e-mail I wrote to the dealership. When the car photos didn't make it yet to the Holman website, Sean went out to the lot and took photos from his cell phone and sent them to me. He also was available after his regular shift to answer questions that I had. Sean made sure to keep the car in the garage so the rain wouldn't make impair my observation of the car. The Tribeca was in great condition and I'm pleased with the quality of the car, of course. But the customer service that I received really made it all worth my drive from Middletown, NJ to Maple Shade to buy the car. My wife can't be more happier now that she's driving the SUV. And like Sean told me... "A happy wife is a happy life." Thanks Holman Infiniti! More
