I reached out to Holman Infiniti to explore leasing a new QX60. As a 9-year customer with perfect payment history, I expected a thoughtful process. Instead, I was quoted an unreasonably high down payment—without a credit check or even a basic conversation about my background. I ended up placing a deposit at a competing Infiniti dealership who had me approved the same day—after showing care, professionalism, and a willingness to work with me. When I informed Holman that I was moving forward elsewhere, I was asked if I’d return to them if they could match the quote. At that point, the answer was clear: absolutely not. I’ve now referred two other family members who are also leasing QX60s through the competing dealership. Holman didn’t just lose one customer—they lost three. I’m sharing this as a reminder: effort, respect, and genuine customer care make all the difference. Matching the numbers after the fact doesn’t earn the business—relationship and trust does. More

Had a tire light on and thought it was due to change in temperature outside. However, noticed a screw when arrived at dealership. The worst service department and service manager I ever had to deal with. Highly do NOT recommend this dealership !!!! Dealership charged me $585 for diagnostic fees and stated it would be off set when se had to deal with. Highly do NOT recommend this dealership !!!! Dealership charged me $585 for diagnostic fees and stated it would be off set when service is performed. However, two months later, dealership said they do not make the parts anymore and refused to help get my car repaired. Spoke with the service manager who now refused to reply my email as well. More
I came from a shady dealer Edison Infinti with the purchase of my Q50. Even Infiniti Corporate Headquarters has no idea what they do over there. Holman Infiniti has gone above and beyond of being honest, truthful and reliable in taking care of my vehicle. Shout out to John Gieser and Mike Midure! The entire team runs a tight shift and everyone all is welcoming and friendly. I can tell you my next vehicle purchase will be from Holman and no other Infiniti dealer. Other dealers really should take notes from these guys. More
