Disappointing I have been a customer of Holman Honda for many years, having bought about 5 cars from your dealership over the years and always used your service dep I have been a customer of Holman Honda for many years, having bought about 5 cars from your dealership over the years and always used your service dept for any service needs. This time, we brought my car in for the regular service, expecting an oil change and tire rotation. We waited in your lounge since we were told it would take about one hour. After waiting 2 hours my husband went up to check on the car and he was told that the car needed brakes and air filters besides the regular service. We decided to take the van home, since it would be another 2 hrs or more for that to be completed. I had given Eddy a coupon that I received from you for oil change and tire rotation for $69. When service was completed and I paid my bill, I realized that I was charged for the tire rotation. I called Eddy and he was going to email me a voucher to apply towards my next oil change because he forgot about the discount. I have yet to receive it!! More

Woman who answered the main phone couldn’t walk to mark desk I called multiple times looking for mark. Once I got frustrated, I called the main line and asked for an update. I was told only mark knows and she’d I called multiple times looking for mark. Once I got frustrated, I called the main line and asked for an update. I was told only mark knows and she’d transfer me to his desk. Which I told her that I had been down that road before, and can she update me or walk to his desk and tell him to call me. She said she couldn’t do that because she’s in a different building? Then she got mad when I said I could just drive there and find him myself, which she told me nonono he will call you. A few hours after that, as I sat on my couch steaming mad, mark finally did call me. Mark was very helpful and knowledgeable once I got him, but that other woman had me hot. Why does only one person know anything? Why couldn’t she give me a little extra love and walk to him once she heard the frustration in my voice? But it’s not all negative, Shawn from collision was wonderful the entire time, and Mark was good once I got him. More

Mediocre service I’ve been coming to Holman Honda for a few years have purchased two cars from them. Used to always pay $50 or less for an oil change. Was told my oil I’ve been coming to Holman Honda for a few years have purchased two cars from them. Used to always pay $50 or less for an oil change. Was told my oil change was $69.99 industry standard. No problem didn’t bat an eye. Texted the advisor if it’s possible to get a car wash. Had no reply, immediately after I sent the message I get a call from my advisor oh hey it’s recommended you change the timing belt, tires, brakes , brake flush, coolant flush. I declined as I Could do those myself. ( I came to do the oil change because I had a busy work week and it was convenient). I go to pick up my car and my bill as $81.01 it’s fine I paid. Went the next day and took my other Honda to Autonation paid $41 for an oil change and they gave me a car wash and a $15 voucher for my next service. More

Always a gre and t experience. I have given a Five star rating because of the service Mark Hartman provides. Everytime I walk in and talk to him, it is like I'm with family.
