They were supposed to do a "complementary" inspection of my Told them they dont have to wash the car do tires nor wipe inside ONLY Vaccum. ONLY seem to do what paid 4 an allignment (that's east the machine does that.lol). NOT reliable. Service rep Annie cordial. Was sadden how it was handle when brought to her attension an no sorry an was hing up on.She kept stating when I called back she the face of honda an she will tell the shop Forman what happen.. she is not the face @ all the WORKMSNSHIP IS THE FACE OF THE ENTIRE OPERATION... Lack that an a person like me will take my money else where.. no one appreciates waisted time @ all. That what I felt of the whole expreience... It's not only that it is the service most important. An that was not attain what so ever... I also advise my back camera has not work since I for the car.. Shift knob button broke off Recently my shift knob button broke off at 11,000 miles. I was able to quickly make an appointment for the following morning. While checking in, Mark Greene noted that the engine was cranking slowly and the battery was likely failing. Both issues were handled quickly and under warranty. Everyone at Holman Honda is always so friendly and professional, and waiting area is clean, comfortable and well-appointed. It's all very appreciated! More
