Compressor I have a 2016 civic which I bought new from Holman Honda. I have 3440 miles on the car and 2 weeks after the warranty was up the compress stopped work I have a 2016 civic which I bought new from Holman Honda. I have 3440 miles on the car and 2 weeks after the warranty was up the compress stopped working. Took my car in and saw my gentleman who has been taking car of my car for 3 years. His name is Mark Hartman and he is very good. He gave me an estimate Of the price to fix it, I told him I thought that was very bad as the car has so few miles on it, I only drive my care less than one mile from my house to the nursing home every day to see my husband and to the super market still less than a mile a day. The quote was $1700. I told him I thought Honda should cover the cost . I am 83 years old and never had a compressor go on any car but I know Honda has its rules too. Mark said he would speak with Honda to see if they would help, came back with a cost of $400 which I accepted. Went in to get my car and the bill came to $179.43 THANK YOU HONDA. Go see Austin. He’s the best! I came in to service a current Honda and while I was waiting I asked for a salesman with a great personality. I then introduced to Austin. I told him I came in to service a current Honda and while I was waiting I asked for a salesman with a great personality. I then introduced to Austin. I told him that I wanted to look at an SUV while waiting for my Accord to be serviced. Without hesitation Austin began to show me a few cars. He never once asked me about my credit or even mentioned financials. Usually salesmen will ask that before trying to help you. He listened to my needs and was very patient and did not come off desperate for a sale. I told him what I was looking for not knowing if I was ready to purchase that day. He showed me a fantastic SUV in the showroom and I instantly fell in love. Long story short I drove the SUV home the same day. Austin was great to work with he is down to earth and funny. He was also very patient. Thank you Austin! I am loving my new car. More
