Yesterday, Not so good I arrived yesterday at and waited for about 30 minutes for someone to check me in. I got checked in at 10:32. by Sharon. Knowing it was a busy day be I arrived yesterday at and waited for about 30 minutes for someone to check me in. I got checked in at 10:32. by Sharon. Knowing it was a busy day before the holiday, I asked if I could get an oil change and it was also time for a coolant fluid change. At about 2 PM I began asking what was going on. Sharon checked and said it was being road tested. My paperwork shows it was "ready" at 2:17. I finally paid my bill at 2:30. If I had know it was going to be so long, I could have come back at another day. Being two days before Christmas I had other things I could have been doing rather than sitting there for 4 hours. I wish I had been told to expect a long wait. I was given a rain check for a Wash, Vaccum, Windows, Dash wipe, and Tire shine.. I guess if I had been delayed 2 more minutes I would have gotten the Full Detail. I normally have a good experiences with Holman but this time the ball was dropped. Also, I have tried several time to have my previous Honda Civic removed and my address changed but for some reason this hasen't happened. More
