Excellent and Efficient My experience with Mark Hartman and the service team was excellent. When I arrived for my early morning appointment I was helped immediately. After deciding on what repairs I wanted, the shuttle dropped me off at the front door of my office. I was really impressed with the video Rohan sent about an hour later while performing the service check. It was so informative and thorough. It was reassuring to see that he was actually checking my entire car, and make service suggestions as he did. Much to their credit, Holman Honda did not replace my brakes, which was the service I came in for. They found that the brakes were still in good condition, and the repair was unnecessary. Thanks to Rohan's thorough inspection, I did have a belt replaced. The shuttle picked me up at the end of my work day, and I arrived to a clean car (they included a car wash) ready to go. More
