He let me know I would be out of there in less than an hour. To ensure I would not miss my appointment He and advised me on other services at this Honda location while I waited. Eddie led me to the great coffee machine as well as the service center to meet the part department personal. With this level of personalized service I am highly considering purchasing my 2nd honda right here. Before I knew it my vehicle was ready. In fact it is more of a disappointment than a pleasant trip, if not for Annie. No one was ready to receive and advise until Annie picked us up. The service no idea how it was done, cleaning is just an out side wash, not even a piece of cloth was used inside the vehicle to clean the dash or whatever, let alone floor vacuum. May be these are not part of the complimentary car wash but then if that is the case then they shouldn't have offered to impress customers. Annie was the difference maker, and she was so pleasing to help in case where even though the finance dept eagerly sold me a maintenance plan 6months ago but did not apply it against my VIN as eagerly! She easily gets a 5/5 or more. Please recognize for whatever she is doing there daily. More
