Great Service, Great Rep We were 12 hours from home when the Check Oil light came on. Obviously, we are going to have to get help fast. She made an appointment for us, and met us when we arrived. She helped in every way possible, including going out to the service area to get my phone which I had left in the car. As a result of the great work by Sharon and the service techs, we were back on the road in about an hour with fresh oil and a couple of other service items taken care of.
