I don’t think I’ve ever encounter such exceptional customer service before! Brandon was amazing! He made the experience easy. He took all my info, including my warranty info. He arranged for a Uber to pick drop me off while they worked on my car. I didn’t even have to ask. Honestly I wouldn’t have even known it was a complimentary service they offered. A few hours later I got a text from the dealership with results from the diagnostic. What I found impressive is that there was a link they send you of a actual video of the technician showing you different things from the inspection; brakes, tire threads, etc. Then a clear breakdown of costs and even suggested repairs as well - VERY HIGH TECH! Brandon had already taken my warranty info and handled everything. My repairs was 100% covered. I didn’t have to call and wait on the phone to see what was covered. Then once my car was ready, they arranged for a Uber to pick me up. Lastly my car has been working perfectly and I’m now worry free. Oh wait, they even washed my car. Just amazing service. I didn’t feel like I was being taking advantage of. I will definitely go back for future issues and refer them to colleagues/friends! More
Poor service. Had an issue with the front tires on my car, they fixed it but obviously broke something else. I had the car towed to them so they fixed it again. They again fixed it and 2 days later it breaks down with the exact same error code as before. Yet Holman telling me this is coincidence! As much of a coincidence as a lighting would strike the same place twice in a couple of weeks More

I took the car to the dealer due to an engine light that was on and the car was overheating. The car was a 2019 Honda CRV with only 17 thousand miles which is covered under the Honda warranty. Frank who was my service advisor did the paper work and left the car at the dealer to check the problem of the vehicle. The next day Mr. Frank called me and said that the mechanic had a diagnosis on the vehicle for two hours for a total of ($360)something I have never heard of and you couldn’t make that up, that’s meant they charged $180 per hour for diagnosis. how many diagnosis do you need to check a vehicle. Well, when you’re dealing with thieves at Holman Honda that’s what they charge you, Which is total bs. I told Frank, that’s fine and had the mechanic checked the problem. Late in the evening after they diagnosed the vehicle, Mr. Frank told me, the mechanic found that an issue with the head gasket of the vehicle. He told me that they need 17 hours of work including parts and labor to fix the head gasket for a total of ($9854.85), just ridiculous. I had everything written on paper. He told me the car had a front-end repair and the warranty wouldn’t cover to fix the car. I told him I would call him back and went to the dealer to pickup the car and paid $360 for the two hours diagnostic. I took the vehicle to a local Tire Kingdom shop for a diagnosis and less than an hour they told me the issue was the COOLANT FAN was not working and they fixed the problem.There was absolutely nothing wrong with the head gasket Holman Honda service advisor, Frank Salazar told me. Bunch of thieves behind those desk at Holman Honda. I have figured that they found a receipt of the vehicle paid off in cash in the front passenger seat and automatically thought they can rip me off. It’s dealerships like Holman Honda that make people hate taking their vehicles for service. More
