Have always had my 2016 CR-Z serviced at Holman Honda for 5 years. My car broke down on June 12th. I managed to coax the car to the dealership after work. They called a day or 2 later and said an engine part 5 years. My car broke down on June 12th. I managed to coax the car to the dealership after work. They called a day or 2 later and said an engine part has failed. The car is not reliable to drive. It has under 50,000 miles. I asked about a loaner car and they said "they were all being used ". But weeks have gone by and they say I'm on a "high priority" list, the part is back ordered WITH NO ESTIMATE OF WHEN! I understand this post covid world and supply issues. But it has now been more than 4 weeks with no car, I have to pay for a Lyft to go to work, still no estimate of when, and when I asked for a loaner car for a week to do errands, medical contents, etc. SoO asked to get a loaner for 1 week to get caught up on errands, and they replied "Honda will not cover a rental car for back ordered parts". This is miserable. Honda does not stand behind their cars. I even missed a vacation day trip that I purchased entry tickets for 3 months ago, that was non-refundable. Holman has left me feeling like a left over problem that just don't want to deal with. Very disappointed in the treatment of a long time customer. And the Lyft costs are draining my bank accounts at $150+ a week. If you have a choice, go elsewhere. More

I dropped my car off for warranty work. I was given a 2K recommended maintenance item bill. The vast majority of them were for fluid changes (and brakes). My old honda dealership ( and i ca I was given a 2K recommended maintenance item bill. The vast majority of them were for fluid changes (and brakes). My old honda dealership ( and i called to confirm) said that you could pull the records from another honda dealership. Instead you recommended injector cleaning done (was done at 60k), brake fluid (done at 60K), CVT ( done at 60k). My car has 71k on it now that was also around 2 years ago so years not a factor. My car was FILTHY when i got it. Had clearly not been rinsed off etc. Bird xxxx even greasy fingerprints on the hood area. I called 3 times on monday trying to pick up my car, i was put on hold and put into general mailboxes 3 times because my service advisor was off that day. No one EVER called me back. First thing tuesday when they were back i get a call... Last for the 2nd time in 2 visits i have had a service writer not even know what is covered (or even what year my vehicle is). This happened when MIKE said that my 2017 honda pilot wasnt under warranty for injectors (it was) and again with Simon saying my 2018 accord was a 2017...not very reassuring. The work done was good however just the experiences around it. More
