Lauderdale clients since we arrived in Florida in 2003. That happened because of how we were received in the Service department when we took our Honda in for service. We continued dealing with the same person, Sy, all these years until his retirement. I walked in to the service department recently without an appointment and concerned as some light was lit on the panel and I knew Sy was no longer there. But Eddie Milleret surprised me by immediately welcoming me and helping me. It turned out my car needed a lot of maintenance. Mr. Milleret was courteous and professional and informative. He was apologetic about some incorrect information I had received in the past and clarified everything. I left confident and feeling safe driving my car, as well as re-assured that I had another good person in Service to work with. Thank you Eddie! More

Frustrating, service rep not genuinely helpful. Came in for tire rotation and oil change. Service rep suggested additional services that brought total over $1,000. When consulted with technician I Came in for tire rotation and oil change. Service rep suggested additional services that brought total over $1,000. When consulted with technician I confirmed timing belt change was not necessary yet. Car returned with metal stem cap missing. Discovered this when home. Returned to dealership to obtain the missing or a new "metal" cap. Service agent went to Shuttle vehicle, removed a rubber cap and gave that to me. This was not what was on my car when entrusted to the service department. Service rep was reluctant to resolve until I persisted. After confirming with pictures taken on delivery he relented, went to the parts dept and gave me a new set. I feel this was poor service, insensitive to customer needs and over a $1.00 part you have lost my business. "Pennywise & pound foolish.." More
