Disappointment again The letter I received from Honda in Torrence California to make the appointment for the recall work said "should take about 30 minutes". I received t The letter I received from Honda in Torrence California to make the appointment for the recall work said "should take about 30 minutes". I received this letter on Saturday April 20 and immediately called Holman Honda for an appointment. I got one on Monday April 22 at 7:20 AM. The person on the phone who made the appointment said "it would take 3 hours". I did not like that but what could I do? I showed up Monday at &:15 and was let into the area to signup. Eddy Milleret said he would try to get it done in one hour and a half. FABULOUS. I could have stayed but I took the van home. I had things to do to get ready for company comming from Europe the next day. Well an hour and a half from 7:30 is nine O'clock. No call from Eddy At 9:30 I called him and oh yeah the car was done. He said wait for call from van driver to get pickd up.. That call came at 11 oclock and I got my car at 11:30. So instead of getting my car earlier than the original time given(10:30) an extra hour was added on!!!!!!!. I bought my car at Holman Honda and had previous use of their service which was passable but this whole incident taught me one thing NEVER buy there again although the Honda product is good. And always WAIT for your car if serviced. More
