recall I went in for a recall on the fuel pump at 7am. I was talked to at 715 at which the car wasn't taken in for another 25 mins. I had advised them I ne I went in for a recall on the fuel pump at 7am. I was talked to at 715 at which the car wasn't taken in for another 25 mins. I had advised them I needed to be out by 8 am or I'll come another day. Well at 8 am I was told I needed a new battery. At 8:35 I went and told the sales associate it doesn't take 30 mins to put a battery in. I finally got my car a few mins later and was late for work. First off I don't see how a battery just happened to die while doing the repair. Obviously this was a recall and it must be a common practice to add in some extra revenue and replace batteries. After he had mentioned it to me about my battery another customer was confronted with the same issue. "We went to start your car once our service was done and the battery died." Seems a bit odd that two batteries die back to back. Anyhow, this was my first time dealing with this dealership and probably my last. I went in for something that said would take 30 mins and came out almost 2 hrs later. More

Terrible experience Really disappointed in this service center as it has been the only place I’ve taken my vehicle to. Every time someone comes in for an simple oil chang Really disappointed in this service center as it has been the only place I’ve taken my vehicle to. Every time someone comes in for an simple oil change, they can expect to spend a minimum of $300 bucks on a bunch of items. For example, I just purchased 4 tires from this dealer and have only put 20k miles on them and they are saying I need another set of tires. They have raised oil change to $80. Also, they usually do a complementary car wash. This time, not only did they not wash my car, the left it even dirtier. More

Took longer than expected; all courteous; was kept informed. We were unable to reach a deal in that there were unanswered questions for a new lease.
