Pleasant experience at the service department. I have a punchcard showing 4 oil changes and the fifth one is free. Your service rep , Joe told me that offer was no longer available but he would hon I have a punchcard showing 4 oil changes and the fifth one is free. I arrived 30 minutes later and another agent Mark Hartman agreed with Joe and suggested A tire rotation. I said ok and my car was in the service area in 10 minutes. Shortly after that , mark said my car was ready and I didn’t need a tire rotation. That seemed very honest to me .thank you Mark Hartman and Honda for a pleasant visit! More

A/C repair done right! AC compressor went out at 32,000 miles. Not happy about that! I Honda extended warrantee save me $1700 out of pocket. They needed to keep my Pilot o AC compressor went out at 32,000 miles. Not happy about that! I Honda extended warrantee save me $1700 out of pocket. They needed to keep my Pilot overnight and offered a loaner car. Service was very good and Eddie always takes care of me. Only small complaint was that I had some difficulty getting return calls. Also I asked to let me know when this courtesy shuttle was leaving and they did not let me know. Had to wait an extra 40 minutes. More
