Excellent Honda representative hugely let down by dealership The person who helped me, Jeree, was very nice and helpful. The biggest problem for me was that I needed new breaks/pads done, and the shop did not have them in stock! They sent me home with worn out breaks that need emergency replacing, and told me to wait for a call so I can come back. This is a bit ridiculous as I have a 2017 Honda Civic , and how do you not have the part in stock for the car? I am now unable to use my car as I wait for the call from them about the replacement parts coming in. Hugely disappointed with this, as it's costing me lots of work time, and I have to take an additional day out of my week in order to get this fixed. More
