1st 5,000 mile checkup I've purchased two vehicles from Holeman Honda in Fort Lauderdale. I could have dealt with a dealership approximately 6 miles from my home, but I cho I've purchased two vehicles from Holeman Honda in Fort Lauderdale. I could have dealt with a dealership approximately 6 miles from my home, but I choose to drive 30+ miles (that's each way, but it's worth the time) to purchase and have my car serviced at Holman because of the outstanding customer service, knowledge and professionalism of the staff members I've dealt with. Kudos to Mark Hartman, her service rep I've work with for Details of what the service entailed were excellent and easy to digest. The car went in to the shop on time and the keys were handed to me within 5 minutes of the suggested time of work completion. I give the dealership a 10+ rating. More

Best experience I've been bringing my car here since 2016 and this is the first time that other arrangements were made for my transportation to work. Unfortunately, the service department was either overworked or understaffed because they did not answer their phone despite multiple phone calls over several days. I thought it was unusual customer service structure of each car service technician being responsible for their individual cars without any other support, meaning there was no other person you can talk to in regards to your car....whether it's ready...whether there's a problem with the car.... Excellent Customer Service It took Holman Honda four days to find and fix my problem perfectly. Annie, my service representative made the event painless. Holman also worked to have my bill covered by my Honda warrantee. The only glaring problem is the television in the waiting room it permanently set to the Home and Garden channel and that SUCKS!!!! Everything else...perfect!! More
