Always Professional My recent visit was for a normal oil change for my 11 year old Honda Odyssey minivan. I have been a loyal customer of Holman Honda for over 20 years w My recent visit was for a normal oil change for my 11 year old Honda Odyssey minivan. I have been a loyal customer of Holman Honda for over 20 years with my Odyssey being the fourth Honda in my household. I have had a Civic Si hatchback, 2 S2000s and the minivan. All have been regularly serviced by Holman Honda through the years and every experience has been professional and the team through the years has been exceptional. Mark, Sal and Jaree have been the advisors who have helped me through the years and each has been wonderful. More

Great Service Experience on a busy day I stopped by without an appointment on a Friday afternoon to request a tire pressure check on my 2014 CRV. The Service Advisor, Mark Greene quickly I stopped by without an appointment on a Friday afternoon to request a tire pressure check on my 2014 CRV. The Service Advisor, Mark Greene quickly worked my car in to be inspected. The inspection revealed a nail in the tire with the pressure issue. Mark reviewed the findings with me then got the car in for tire replacement. Additionally, he kept me advised on the progress. As it was the end of the day, Mark let me know that another Service Advisor, ( also named Mark ) would be checking me out when the service was completed. At the final check out, I was definitely less that fun to deal with . The other Service Advisor, also named Mark, was really great. Even though I was a little cranky, ( to put it mildly ) the Service Advisor was very efficient and professional, so I thank him here for that. So thank you to Mark and Mark for the great customer experience. More
Too much waiting time I had an appointment at 4 pm for an only oil change. I got there at 3:50 pm and was served around 4:05 pm. Then close to 6 pm Mark Hartman called me t I had an appointment at 4 pm for an only oil change. I got there at 3:50 pm and was served around 4:05 pm. Then close to 6 pm Mark Hartman called me to inform me that the driver's tire had a nail and that it would take 40 more minutes to repair it. I left the dealer close to 7 pm. My question is why we need an appointment? Why I was informed of the nail too late? More
