I thought it was going to be a $180 hot but she immediately informed me I was still under warranty and it would be free of charge. Yay. Thanks for the super great service. More

Awful communication from the service advior Not only did the service advior seem completely irritated with his job but irrated with the customer for no reason. He even hung up on me when I calle Not only did the service advior seem completely irritated with his job but irrated with the customer for no reason. He even hung up on me when I called back to ask about adding new wiper blades and the wiper blade clip. I was question multiple times and told that they cant replace the blades if they were after market. After repeating myself numerous times that THEY WERE FROM HONDA. Then was told again they cant touch them if there after market. The blades were replaced (which I wasn't holding my breathe on getting new blades after that conversation) however the clip was never put on. Being nice to people isn't hard. More

I was glad the service tech resolved my problem, because Coral Springs Honda, did not. In 2014, I leased my Honda CRV from Holman and had a pleasant experience. In 2017, I only went to Coral Springs because I wasn't sure that I was going to lease another Honda. I will not return there for several reasons. More

Second Chances Months ago I went to Holman Honda Ft. Lauderdale for the 1st time and had a not so good experience, would NEVER chosen to come back. However My Civic Months ago I went to Holman Honda Ft. Lauderdale for the 1st time and had a not so good experience, would NEVER chosen to come back. However My Civic had an issue which stranded me and I live close by, called and was told to call Honda roadside assistance got to Holman and what a difference, professional attitude from everyone, so friendly helpful I smiled at the 3rd person who asked me if I needed help. My service adviser Annie was fantastic and as I was sitting I also noticed another Service advisor Jeree did not let anyone walk past without trying to offer her assistance. The text Video I got of my car inspection was amazing, informative, and pretty cool! Thank you for changing my mind, and thank both of the Service advisors for me, Annie for being so nice and helpful and Jeree for great customer care I witnessed her provide. P.S. my next car (April) will say Holman on it!! Eric More
