Two hours waiting, with appointment This is the second time I had to wait for more than two hours for oil change WITH appointment. The employee, a new girl, that worked with me was very This is the second time I had to wait for more than two hours for oil change WITH appointment. The employee, a new girl, that worked with me was very nice. She disappeared though, by the end, when I complained about the time, she said the car was ready, but she left (!). After about 40 minutes, another girl, Annie, finished my paperwork and I left. It was also raining, they gave me a pass to come back to wash the car. No, thank you. This is my fourth Honda from Holman. I always appreciated their professionalism, but not so much lately. More

And, we are committed Honda vehicle owners as the overall performance, comfort, and reliability has been consistently awesome. One of the reasons we keep going back to Holman Honda is due to the impeccable customer service in the service department. We have worked with Mark Greene for seven years. He is ALWAYS courteous, prompt, helpful, and concerned about quality work being done. During this visit he even provided a text messaging opportunity for instant contact if we needed to discuss either of our two vehicles. The entire service department team deserves kudos for outstanding performance. As I sat and waited for the work to be done (routine maintenance) on my CRV, I had the opportunity to observe and listen to the interactions between the service team and customers- as well as the service team members with one another. Professional, Efficient and Caring I required service to my Honda while I was out of the country. I was able to speak directly to the service manager who advised me over the phone.
