Avoid this dealership at all costs. They do not care about you as a customer and will scam you every chance they get. I would highly encourage you to buy a Honda at a different dealers They do not care about you as a customer and will scam you every chance they get. I would highly encourage you to buy a Honda at a different dealership. If you still want to buy your vehicle here, learn from my mistakes. 1. Do not pay for the dealer add-ons, especially Stargard. I purchased my vehicle from them, I attempted to activate the Stargard GPS service. Stargard told me the dealership had never installed the module/activated it. I spent weeks going back and forth with Holman Honda where they continuously lied and tried to put words in my mouth. After 3 months, and threatening to take them to small claims court, I received my money back for this item. 2. Do not purchase any extended warranty. Even if they pretend to cut you some sort of deal by lowering the price of your vehicle purchase. They are only trying to scam you. I worked with Edgar and he lied to me during financing which cost me ~$3600. Here is how he did it: I was given an estimated monthly payment of $771, this payment was much higher than what my actual payment should have been, however I was not aware of this at the time. Edgar showed me what my monthly payment would go up to if I purchased an extended warranty and it was much more that I was willing to pay. He pretended to be a decent human being and lowered the price of my purchase by $500. He then showed me that my monthly payment would be $773. I agreed to the small increase. Here is the fun part, my monthly payment was never $771 and was actually around $690-700, the increase was actually much larger than he made it seem. In the end, this was all in the paper work and I signed after being intentionally mislead. Again, avoid this dealership. More

Decent time buying the car, however we bought the service plan and we were outright lied to about it. We were from out of town and they assured us our local Honda dealer would take the service plan, not true plan and we were outright lied to about it. I have reserved my appointment, went there test drove, agree to buy, first of all no negotiation room and whole process to involve sales manager at that point was useless and time consuming. no flexibili agree to buy, first of all no negotiation room and whole process to involve sales manager at that point was useless and time consuming. no flexibility on split payment with small amount on Credit card, did not let me drove my car home that day. Finance was about an hour put after I agree on cash deal which was outrageous, finance guy was not acted professional at all. my car was delivered on Saturday with half tank of gas and no temporary tile tag so I could not drive so not letting me take car home that was frustrating since the guy came Saturday for delivery gave me a keys and left, did not let me finish any inspection and I did not have his number. overall, I am thinking about considering option to return car within 150 miles or 30 day return as per your policy. I am not willing to refer anyone to buy car from your dealership unless things improves and more customer friendly. More
