Mr. Sanders, We take your complaint very seriously. We reviewed the oil gun and it shows that the oil was dispensed at the time your vehicle was in the shop and at the rack it was on. The rotation issue was also addressed with the tech. I show that we refunded the entire ticket amount. If you have any further questions I am available to review them. Thank you, Brian Nicholson

Terrible Dealership/Terrible Customer Service So what a terrible dealership. We purchased the 2014 Honda CRV for our daughter. Just a day after taking the car home, it began losing air in a tire More

Mr. Sadowski - we apologize that you had such a negative purchase experience 3 years ago. As our customer service specialist explained when you called, our dealership has been under new management for nearly 2 years. We understand that you were upset when we spoke yesterday. When any issues arise we only have our customer records and the experience of our staff to get a better understanding of the situation. Our records did not indicate the problems that you mentioned above and unfortunately our staff could not remember your visit in 2014. Our team welcomes new and returning customers alike; your satisfaction is our goal every time. Our customer service specialist would not have suggested that you go elsewhere except that you commented that our dealership location was not convenient for you. We would welcome the chance to reintroduce to our dealership and service department. However, we understand if you will feel more comfortable at another local Honda dealer. 

The name and ownership of your dealership has not changed in the time since we purchased this car. Your "customer service specialist" was provided with copies of emails which were dated and sent when the problems initially occurred which included correspondence with the General Manager of the dealership (Herm Brocksmith), along with emails which identified the Summit County title clerk who determined that Kuni Honda had caused the title problems by mailing the title to the wrong county. Your response was dated and posted on October 10th (not in September) as indicated in your response. The email sent by your "customer service specialist" to me does not indicate or address any issues regarding where we live or our proximity to your dealership. Instead the actual language is as follows "I think that another company/dealer/mechanic may be a better fit for you and your specific needs". I couldn't agree more and I also agree that I can't place my trust in your dealership providing any maintenance which would provide a safe driving experience for our daughter. Clearly, you lack a reasonable customer service experience, and you fail to honor even simple commitments made to your customers (e.g. an oil change as a way to apologize for poor treatment and the poor quality service you provided). It's not surprising that you fail to document or remedy your mistakes. You seem to think that I have made this up. This is the furthest thing from the truth. I simply expect honesty, integrity, and quality service from a new car dealership. As owners of 6 automobiles (Including 2 Lexus, 1 Toyota, 1 Nissan, and 2 Hondas), I can clearly state that your dealership has the worst quality of repairs, and customer service I have experienced in over 50 of owning and driving automobiles. It's not clear to me how you can continue to stay in business with your treatment of your customers. Clearly, we will never be back and all of our friends and family will be on notice of just how you treat your customers. Buyers beware.

Jessica, Thank you for the opportunity to address your service concerns. As we discussed, you have been to our dealership a total of 3 times and once to the Body Shop. The last service visit you are referring to was in May 2015, you hit something which resulted in an under mount piece dragging. There is no other written documentation about any other service concern but the dragging piece. You signed that document as well and, we resolved that hanging piece at ZERO charge to you, You are welcome. Jessica, I would appreciate your telling the entire story because you are the one who is not being truthful. Each of the three times you have been to our service department, you have declined all (and there were many) of the recommended services from us and elected to take the “ Know Your Vehicle Report” that we provide with every service, to an non Honda service provider and have the repair work done there. Understand, I respect your right to choose whom you spend your money with, that is why I invited you to ask that service provider you did give all your business to so they could “good will” what you are expecting us to even though, we have done only an oil change and tire rotation and recall work ( recall only a Dealership can perform). You have all the documentation that we discussed, where we made recommendations for service and you declined for us to do any of the repairs. You have a 2003 vehicle with well over 200,000 miles, things will break down and you as the owner are solely responsible for the maintenance . Jessica, you are not entitled to any good will from us and, we respectfully decline any for you.
