I had three sales guys contact me then another the next day after I bought my car. Didn’t like the long wait for financing and the constant sell for Gap and service agreements. Not sure why the car only ha day after I bought my car. Didn’t like the long wait for financing and the constant sell for Gap and service agreements. Not sure why the car only had 1/4 tank of gas when I finally left. Really, Kuni can’t afford to give its customers a full tank of gas. More
The sales rep was awful. Not helpful. So rude. He literally laughed at me when I asked him a question. Wasn’t willing to help or answer any questions. literally laughed at me when I asked him a question. Wasn’t willing to help or answer any questions. More
I took my Honda in for an oil change, and got way more than my money's worth! The staff is so friendly, David Fowler in particular, who not only took the time to go over all of the recommended repairs with me, but also prioritized the ones to be completed later. I am very pleased. Even more so for the extra effort by the kind people who washed my vehicle and left it clean and shiny. It was quite dirty when I came in, as I was traveling prior to my appointment. I recommend them for your Honda. Ray Heitman More
DISHONEST CROOKS!Since taking my vehicle to an out of DISHONEST CROOKS! Since taking my vehicle to an out of state dealership to confirm Kuni Honda's diagnosis of a faulty gauge cluster, I am compelled t DISHONEST CROOKS! Since taking my vehicle to an out of state dealership to confirm Kuni Honda's diagnosis of a faulty gauge cluster, I am compelled to inform current and potential customers of Kuni Honda of the dishonest business practices of this location. Originally I had taken my vehicle here (Kuni) for a fix on a recall, only to find that after the work was performed, my fuel gauge instrument cluster had stopped working. I took it in for a follow up appointment, and was informed that this problem was not recall related, and would have to pay out of pocket for a new cluster (~$1800). I was assured that everything was done to diagnose the problem (including dissassembly of the performed recall and swapping of a known functional gauge cluster), and this would later be discovered to be a lie by another dealership. My vehicle's warrantee had just expired, and I was told by Kuni that nothing could be done on thier end to resolve this issue. Fine. So I took my vehicle to Finlay Honda in Las Vegas, and they assured me that they would go out of thier way to resolve this issue as I have been a customer and owner of several of thier vehicles for over a decade. They offered to fight on my behalf to fix the problem at a reasonable cost, which is much more than Kuni ever did. Long story short, after performing thier own inspection, it was discovered that Kuni Honda did not perform the measures as stated in their original diagnosis, as it would be impossible to miss the problem (fuel tank hose was wrapped around the fuel pump float). So, after many trips to KUNI, in the end I ended up just wasting my time with them, and almost made an $1800 mistake of letting them "fix" my car. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE! More
Please read to learn from me and save your hard earned money. We can't get ours back but if we help someone else, it's worth it! Here is my honest and fair review. I would give my purchasing experience money. We can't get ours back but if we help someone else, it's worth it! Here is my honest and fair review. I would give my purchasing experience a 2 out of 5 stars and here is my reasoning.... Pros- There was no pressure on our part to purchase a vehicle but in this market, they know they have you. I know that will change soon but we didn't have the luxury to wait for a buyers market. The sales staff was friendly and did their best to help us find what we were looking for. We were able to negotiate a fair price that were happy with. I understand that there is a fair amount of dishonesty with any dealership and that ethics aren't a priority with car sales. Kuni was no better or worse in some of their tactics so in that respect I wasn't happy or unhappy, I just got what I expected. Cons- We negotiated a fair price and were happy to walk out with that price. I may have even given them a 5 star review if we had walked out at that price since it felt fair to both parties. We were then offered all of the extended warranties which we declined until they pulled out the magic beans. They convinced us that we needed the windshield package for $1400 since they said its more $$$ to replace our windshield due to the lane assistance cameras. They stated that we could go to lesser repair places but it would essentially damage the car since there was a good chance they would mess up the cameras. It felt wrong but knowing that we usually drive around with cracked windshields because we can not afford to replace them regularly, we bit. They didn't force us but they sure made it sound scary to not have this warranty. After some research, I found my insurance covers this at a fraction of the cost and previous purchasers of this warranty found it extremely difficult to get this company to cover anything and to consider it a donation to your dealership. As I said, I will be fair. They did not force this coverage on us, they scared us into it and after being exhausted, we were not thinking correctly. The contract you sign says it is final and there is no way to cancel or back out. That is where I hope this review helps someone else. If they had given the opportunity to cancel that warranty, I would have done so and walked away a very happy customer and given the experience 5 stars but $1400 was more important to them. Live and learn the hard way. More
After standing in the showroom for some time getting ignored by everyone who works there, we were ready to take our business elsewhere. Although this sales person already had two customers he was juggl ignored by everyone who works there, we were ready to take our business elsewhere. Although this sales person already had two customers he was juggling he assured us that he'd be helping us soon. We hung around for a few more minutes and were finally helped. It turned out to be a very pleasant buying experience. Cory was more than helpful and was the only reason we ended up buying a brand new car there at Kunis Handa. Thank you Cory for acknowledging us and redeeming the dealership with your great service. More
