No appointment on a Saturday late afternoon - pulled in and was back on the road in 45 minutes! I would not recommend this dealership to any perspective vehicle buyer. They would pressure you into buying an inflated maintenance agreement. We confronted them about it and they quickly reduced their agr vehicle buyer. They would pressure you into buying an inflated maintenance agreement. We confronted them about it and they quickly reduced their agreement by $2400. Why charge an inflated amount in the first place? They did not tell us the breakdown of what these agreements would cover. We decided we would cancel the agreement and now they tell us that $781 was non-refundable. They hid this fact when they were pressuring us into buying the agreement. Okay, the $781 supposedly would cover a few things such as windshield, we were told. A few days later, I went back because I discovered a chip in my windshield and they said the the coverage is only to repair chips and if came to replacing the windshield, that is not be covered. I would say we were taken for a ride and we would not wish for this to happen to you! More
