AMAZING!!!!!! About 3 months ago, I met Lauren Hayes when my son and I went to Kuni to buy a car. We got a great used CRV. Lauren was helpful and energetic with her approach with us. This was my first time buying a car in 20 years since I had company cars. She put us at ease. Both my son and I planned on driving the car and she found us the perfect one. Unfortunately, our car was totaled in an accident. Everyone OK. We returned to Kuni a few days later to seek out Lauren for her help. Within minutes she found our perfect new "used" car that we both love. There is no one else I will buy a car from (I guess until she retires.) She's wonderful to work with. I'd highly recommend her to anyone buying a car in all of Denver!!!!! More

Doing what others don't We had a bad experience about 15 months ago and the final straw was finding out a major issue with our used vehicle that we bought. They could of eas We had a bad experience about 15 months ago and the final straw was finding out a major issue with our used vehicle that we bought. They could of easily been in their right to just tell us it wasn't their fault, they didn't know about the damage, (which they actually didn't) and that the problems stemmed from over a year ago so nothing they could do. I was ready to hang it up for them. The Used car manager Brent, called me and asked ofr details then asked us to come in so they could get a chance to make it right. And they did. They took the problem vehicle off our hands at full price, got us into another vehicle of my wife's choosing and took care of everything to make sure we were happy when we left. No BS'ing around and straight forward with what they were able to do and it was just what we wanted. Thank you for restoring my faith in that not all locations are "stealerships". More
