Just what I was looking for! This was the second car I purchased from Kuni Honda and my Salesman, Kurt Wolffrum. I was looking for a replacement for my 2004 Nissan Murano which ha This was the second car I purchased from Kuni Honda and my Salesman, Kurt Wolffrum. I was looking for a replacement for my 2004 Nissan Murano which had 240K miles on it. As it happened, Kuni took in a very low mileage 2013 Nissan Xterra in great shape. Kurt was very accommodating to my schedule and truly understood what I was looking for. Kurt made sure I was always kept in the loop about the progress of the Xterra going from Trade In to ready to be shown. During the sales process itself, Kurt went to bat for me and got me the deal I wanted; Jesse in Finance helped a little! :) I purchased an extended warranty and the ECP program, which I highly recommend if you have kids or dogs! After some searching, we went to Kuni to look at a Nissan they had available, ready to buy if it made sense. We have had some bad car buying experiences with dealers and I was a little wary of car salesmen and the unseen problems that can come with used cars. Like I mentioned above, we felt stuck in a Jeep that we found out wasn't the right car for us and came with a lot of problems, of which we were unaware when purchasing it. Our experience with Kurt W at Kuni was totally the opposite of what I expected and was used to! They were honest, worked on the trade that we thought would be worth more, and even dropped the price of the Nissan without even being asked to make sure we got a fair deal on a quality car that works for our lifestyle. The process was the quickest I have ever experienced and Kurt was fair, honest, and helpful through the entire process. He answered all our questions, addressed all of our concerns and walked us through the entire process in a way that left us totally comfortable and so excited driving away. I would not hesitate return to Kuni and Kurt W. anytime I need a new or used vehicle, and would recommend this dealer to anyone! Worst experience would rate a zero if possible Let me just start by saying I don't normally post things like this, but in this case I feel obligated to. We just had the worst car buying experience of my life. I purchased a new car and after 3 short weeks with the car, it broke down. We had no indication that something was going on until it simply wouldn't start. So assuming since the car was purchased less than a month ago we had it towed to the dealership only to find out they would be of no assistance. They quoted us $1300 to replace the fuel pump that had apparently gone bad. Not willing to work with us at all on a car purchased LESS THAN 30 DAYS AGO!!! Since this was an expensive fix and they were unwilling to work with us at all, we found another local place that was more than willing to assist us in fixing our car for less than half of what they were going to charge us. They replaced the fuel pump. Great!...is what we should've been saying. The car would start and wouldn't stay on longer than a few seconds. Another day goes by and now it needs a new fuse box. Now all in parts and labor were at $1300 to fix a car that I've now had for 30 days, or 3 weeks if you subtract the week it has taken to fix the car. TO ALL OF MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS OR ANYONE ELSE THAT LIVES IN THE AREA. DO NOT BUY A CAR AT KUNI HONDA. THEY DO NOT STAND BY THE CARS THEY SELL! More
