POOR SERVICE I chatted online with Zacharias Newell, 9/25/15, who could not/would not answer if the dealer accepted credit cards. Here I am going to spend thousands of dollars on a car and I can't get information that a restaurant would give me for a $10-20 purchase. A few days later,I called Kuni Honda twice, politely asking for Zacharias's manager. Each time the women whom answered lost my call/hung up on me. More

Old school used car sales practices Visited with my son to see a used Honda CR-V. Kuni advertised it was a one-owner car on their website (looking at the Carfax it was clear that was unt Visited with my son to see a used Honda CR-V. Kuni advertised it was a one-owner car on their website (looking at the Carfax it was clear that was untrue). Kuni also advertised it had passed 120 point inspection ( it had not). Salespeople were old-school, not forthccoming, very poor product knowledge. Asked one of their sales apppointment schedelers to relay my concerns to the GM and of course I never heard any response back. These folks are just not trustworthy. They do have a good selection, but who wants to do business with dishonest people? More
