Since the vehicle was paid in full and no financing was necessary I felt the financing (payment) portion of the process went rather slow, taking about 2 hours with the majority of the time spent waiting. This slow payment (financing) process seems to be the norm in most car dealerships as this is the third vehicle purchase I have been involved with in the past year. Overall I am very satisfied with Kuni. Great Job Kurt! More

Outstanding All Around Buying Experience We went to Kuni Honda because we had purchased our Pilot there 10 years ago and had always taken it there for service. When we decided to look at a CRV, we went there and were walking in the parking lot looking at all the colors and when we were heading inside we met Kurt. He was awesome! He was so knowledgeable about the car and we went on a test drive right away. On that day we were still thinking about other cars and we were very up front with Kurt. He was so low pressure. This was on a Saturday and he asked if he could call back on Monday. Well, to make a long story short, we never looked at other cars, and we bought the car on Tuesday. Kurt even came in on his day off for us! It was such a pleasant experience for once. GREATEST FOLLOW THROUGH OF ANY CAR PURCHASE I have always been apprehensive of buying a car, and skepticism is always very high. However, KUNI has always taking my existing Accord in for maintenance, and this particular day I decided to look outside and see what inventory was on the Kuni's lot. I didn't expect to find anything, but Sean in service referred to me to Lauren Hayes in sales, and boy was I impressed and pleased with my experience. I have never had someone so thorough in following up on phone calls, emails, questions, and texts even after the sale, including the test drive. She had a meeting with another buyer, but never felt any less important, and was helping me throughout their transaction as well. Lauren went so far as to come in on her day off to finish the financing and vehicle hand-off. I will follow Lauren to other dealers if she were to ever leave KUNI - that's how impressed I am with this devotion to customer service and commitment. This just added to my feelings about KUNI as a whole. More
