Amazing, Caring, and Fair! I went to Kuni mainly because I wanted a Honda. I'm a young lady and I've been to other dealerships over the past few months that made me feel like I I went to Kuni mainly because I wanted a Honda. I'm a young lady and I've been to other dealerships over the past few months that made me feel like I was a dumb girl who didn't know what she was talking about and could sell me anything. So it took me over a month to actually want to go look at cars again. I'm so glad I found this dealership. Kurt listened to everything I had to say, didn't talk to me like I was a dumb girl, and even suggested other cars that I didn't think of. Ralph was amazing as well and made me feel like he actually cared. After much time of working with numbers they got the payments down to what I needed it to be. Actually brought tears to my eyes! The feeling of knowing Kurt and Ralph actually wanted to help me, wanted to listen, didn't treat me any differently, and didn't want to just sell me any ole car meant the world to me! Their goal was to have me in a car I wanted and could afford and they did everything possible to make that happen. I am beyond thrilled with my new car and I feel proud that I got it from Kuni. I have told many people about my experience and how they made the process so easy and the caring staff at this dealership. More

Got what I needed I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and Kurt helped me with that. He was very friendly and patient while I had my 3 month old baby with me. Kurt did a great job transferring stuff from my old vehicles to my new ones. Like I read in another review, Heather was pushy when it came to warranties. She made me feel like I was making such a bone head choice, rather than supporting the customer. My rating would have been higher, if my finance portion of my visit went better. More

Good & Bad Kurt was very good. Heather was very poor. Heather had a nasty attitude: Pushy about the extended warrantees that I didn't want and tried to brow-beat Kurt was very good. Heather had a nasty attitude: Pushy about the extended warrantees that I didn't want and tried to brow-beat me into accepting -I had to repeatedly refuse as she continued to describe them without acknowledging my refusal. Curt and shallow in describing the forms she presented with a "we won't sell you the car" as an answer to my questions -The form that "states you are who you say you are" was not even completed, but required two signatures -She said I could complete if I "knew what I was doing". Condescending in response to a question- "haven't you ever bought a car before?" in answer. She's obviously required to ask what kind of job she did and I told her that "it sucked". Not the best choice of words, but it was better than I should have said. I described my experience to Kurt afterward, who apologized for the company, though it certainly was not his doing and he had done a very good job. More

2015 Honda CRV Kurt did a great job working with me on the test drives and negotiating the deal on a 2015 CRV. The sales process went very quick with 2 test drives and negotiating the deal taking about an hour. I felt I received a very good price. Since the vehicle was paid in full and no financing was necessary I felt the financing (payment) portion of the process went rather slow, taking about 2 hours with the majority of the time spent waiting. This slow payment (financing) process seems to be the norm in most car dealerships as this is the third vehicle purchase I have been involved with in the past year. Overall I am very satisfied with Kuni. Great Job Kurt! More
Worth the long drive I live on the north side of Denver, and it was worth the drive. I don't understand why they won't fill the gas tank though. At any rate, the experience was relatively painless; I was buying a car after all. More
