We were very impressed by Kuni Honda and the attention given to us during our visit to explore the option of purchasing a Honda Pilot. We were met by Charles Scavuzzo who took us for a test drive and ans given to us during our visit to explore the option of purchasing a Honda Pilot. We were met by Charles Scavuzzo who took us for a test drive and answered all our questions, which were many. He located the exact vehicle that we wanted and we got a fair price for our trade in. The financing is exceptional. We had a wonderful experience from the time we walked in the door to the ringing of the bell. Thank you Chuck and everyone else who helped us. We are looking forward to learning how to operate all the wonderful options on this vehicle. Robin & June Backstrom More
Overall the experience was ok. Torii and Kurt were good to deal with, but the manager was very rude. Quote from what he said about one of our trades: "I wouldn't give you more than $500 for that piece of * to deal with, but the manager was very rude. Quote from what he said about one of our trades: "I wouldn't give you more than $500 for that piece of ****." How professional. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name. This is a car my family has had to drive around in for 3 1/2 years and the deal wasn't done yet. Also, the deal took forever and my kids were tired. They didn't speed up until it was time for them to go home. Kurt was very organized and good to deal with. All the other employees were friendly to talk to. I think the prices were fair at this dealership and the quality is good also. More
I feel like I wasn't given much of an option for the extended warranty. There was a certain amount of pressure in the fact that I had to just take the Finance guy's word that this would ultimately be w extended warranty. There was a certain amount of pressure in the fact that I had to just take the Finance guy's word that this would ultimately be worth it. I felt really bad about this the day after, however I am coming to terms with my decision. I'm the type of person that plans for potential problems so the idea of having an extended warranty "insurance policy" doesn't feel necessary. I was not a fan of the extra $495 added on to all negotiated sales prices. Otherwise, I feel like I purchased the best value for what was on the market at the time. It took a lengthier period of time than desired to complete all steps of the purchase - we were in the dealership for roughly 4 hours. Overall, I would recommend Kuni Honda to others, however, I would recommend all auto-virgins to do their homework before stepping foot in a dealership. A carfax was not provided at the time of sale, however supposedly it will be sent to our residence. More
I was in the market for a new CR-V and felt VERY comfortable using this dealer. The salesman George Lee was awesome (a 5 rating from me)...very willing to work within my budget and the price I paid comfortable using this dealer. The salesman George Lee was awesome (a 5 rating from me)...very willing to work within my budget and the price I paid was great. There was no pressure for the sale at all...it was only when I started working with their financial services on the extended warranty that it got a little more high pressure. They didn't want to accept "no" for an answer to purchasing the extended warranty. I realize that it's their job to sell it, and I respect that, but after saying "no" firmly more than 3 times it became ridiculous. I finally had to tell him that "no" means I'm not going to buy the extended warranty and he needed to move on. I would absolutely still buy from this dealer but I didn't appreciate having an extended warranty practically forced on me (hence the 4 rating on the overall experience). More

Our saleman, Chuck Scavuzzo, treated us with the utmost courtesy and made us feel right at home. We found the experience to be the best we have ever encountered in a dealership. He was very patient with us and really took time to match us with the perfect vehicle. We felt like our satisfaction was very important to him and it wasn't just about making a sale. He answered our every question honestly and made us feel we could trust the service we would be getting. We will definitely recommend this dealership and Chuck to anyone thinking about purchasing a Honda. When it was time to deal with the financial aspect, we also had a pleasant experience working with Barry Udell. He was very courteous and friendly and again made our purchase a great one. Thank you Chuck and Barry for the great service. You are on the top of our list!!! More
The employees at Kuni Honda are a great group of folks. We bought our V6 Honda Accord from them in 2007. Since we bought the car we have had such great service from every employee we've come in contact with. Because of this it only made sense that when we wanted to purchase two new Honda Civics for our daughters Kuni Honda was the first place to go. Out of all the Honda dealers in our area that we dealt with we found Kuni Honda to be the best. They are competitively priced and willing to negotiate a fair deal. The salespersons are knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. What more can I say except that we LOVE our Honda's! More

This is the second new car I have purchased at Kuni Honda and I will continue to do all of my car purchases with them! They are a great staff of folks and even the facility is great! It's always so warm and welcoming even when you go in for just an oil change. I actually look forward to go there and always feel welcome and always feel that I've been helped to the fullest when I leave. Thank you Kuni Honda Staff you guys ROCK! More

We bought a 2004 Honda Civic used at the end of August. While we are still happy with the car and the sales personnel we worked with, the service here has been downright awful. To start, the day after w While we are still happy with the car and the sales personnel we worked with, the service here has been downright awful. To start, the day after we bought the car, we noticed that there was oil leaking from the engine area. We took the vehicle to an independent mechanic and found out that the threads to the drain cap on the oil pan had been stripped and the whole oil pan needed to be replaced. We took the car to our mechanic prior to purchasing the vehicle (the morning we purchased the vehicle, actually) and this had not been the case at this time. Thankfully, we had purchased the warranty with the car, but the contract we signed required a payment of $100 for the deductible. We took the car in to be fixed. To their benefit, Kuni Honda did provide us with a free rental. However, we didn't realize that it would be nearly two weeks before they actually fixed my vehicle. We called back and forth with the dealership several times during this two week period about the status of our vehicle and were always told, "It will be fixed (within a couple days)." After being told this several times, we weren't sure the car was ever going to get fixed, so we had to call and threaten to have a legal mediator intervene on our behalf. Finally, this motion got some results from the dealership. It turns out that the finance department printed our warranty on the wrong form. I'm not sure how much longer it would have taken Kuni to figure this out if we hadn't threatened to take some legal action. So, we went back in to sign the contract and thought that we would finally have everything worked out. They fixed the vehicle for us within a day, thankfully, and drove off, hoping that would be the end of that. Just today (October 7th), about three weeks later, we've been contacted again by Kuni Honda. It turns out that once again, they printed our warranty agreement on the wrong paper and that, once again, we have to go back to the dealership in order to rectify the problem. This has taken an extraordinary amount of time out of our schedule, including time away from work, in order to deal with all of the issues that have come from our visit to Kuni Honda. We really did feel that we had a good experience with sales, but the problems we've had with the finance department/service have just been outrageous. At the time we bought the vehicle, I would have recommended them, but after going through this, I would probably tell people that, based on the problems we've had here, it's best to shop elsewhere. I went into the dealership, was greeting by Ken Bouldin and explained to him what car I was looking for, a Honda CRV and identified my price range. He listened, he showed me a couple options and then dire and explained to him what car I was looking for, a Honda CRV and identified my price range. He listened, he showed me a couple options and then directed me to the car that would work best based on my needs, a Suburu Legacy Wagon...LLBean-style. I was skeptical, the car wasn't what I had in mind, but he proceeded to show me the consumer reports and we went for a test drive (actually a couple test runs). I loved it. Still hestitant, I asked questions, test drove a CRV, reviewed the price breakdown followed by more questions and discussion. Hours later, I purchased the Suburu and have loved it ever since, it WAS exactly what I wanted. I enjoyed working with Ken, he was genuine, humorous and exteremely knowledgable and down to earth. I appreciated his ability to assess my needs and suggest a car that worked so well and was within my price range. I would recommend working with him and the Kuni dealership to my friends and family.
