We purchased a used car but whatever the price was on the internet where we found the car, that's the price they gave us. We had to come back, just because we really liked the particular car and while in the finance office to finalize the deal, there was a mix-up in the computer and from being told on numerous occasions that the car was certified pre-owned, we were told it wasn't. A big mess, but it got fixed and we left relatively happy. Oh they also worked to get me a better financing rate, which was lower than anything I had found on my own. I took the car in for some IOU's a few days later and I was impressed with their customer service and the system they have for dropping off the car, their waiting area, shuttle service etc. That part I really liked.
