My Family and I purchaced a 2003 Honda CR-V from Kuni Honda, on 11-6-2010. Timothy Raines was our Sales Assoc. He admitted that he was fairly new at selling cars, but had sold camera's for a long time. He was very friendly, knowledgeable & helpful in the whole process. We worked with Barry ? (don't recall his last name), in Finance. Although having been thrown somewhat of an unexpected curve ball with our pre- approved Credit Union financing. We actually shaved the interest rate by a few tenths. Overall it was a very good buying experience! When taking delivery we noticed that neither keyless remote was working. Tim indicated he thought that the batteries needed to be replaced. I took him at his word. After a couple of trips back to the dealership, one for a minor adjustment to the rear hatch door and some investigating on my part the Service Dept. (Advisor: Stacey Hansen) was able to confirm that The Door Lock Actuator was inoperable. They made the repair and the Sales Dept. picked up the tab. None of this, with the keyless remotes was ever written into the deal and they stepped up to the plate and did the right thing. I found that to be VERY REFRESHING! It deepened our satisfaction with the Honda brand. (also own a 2006 Pilot) Kuni Honda gets an A++ from these satisfied customers!! Thank you all, The Harris Family More

We purchased our previous CRV from this dealership and were very happy with it. Our car was totaled in an accident and we returned to this dealership to get another one. I through it going to be just another dealership and he or she could help me gey in to a car, When I show up they going to tell me that Oop I don't think that we can't help you wi another dealership and he or she could help me gey in to a car, When I show up they going to tell me that Oop I don't think that we can't help you with all this stuff on your credit report, but after we talk about an hour later milt call me and tell me when can I be at the dealership, I was still not sure or believe him that he could get me approve because almost the dealership in Colorado had either turn me down or offer me a to pay cash for a old urgly car. When I show up on Satuarday, Milt show me the car that he could get me approve and to make this short, Yes I got a very nice car with my very worse credit that I have.
