George Lee was great, knowledgable, friendly, honest and willing to work with me. I would have him handle all my car needs. I could use less of the push on selling me extended warranties by the Finance Dept willing to work with me. I would have him handle all my car needs. DO NOT USE KUNI HONDA!! They will try to upsell you on everything.....Need an oil change...they'll come back and always say you need a new air filter and new wiper blades even if you yourself or them just everything.....Need an oil change...they'll come back and always say you need a new air filter and new wiper blades even if you yourself or them just replaced them!! I was sucker'd in once and never again. You will be constantly haggled for extended warranty until they are blue in the face. I will go out of state rather than give them the business. I went in for a radiator leak....they pressure tested and came back and said not under my extended warranty....$350 for part, $400 for labor. $100+/hr for labor. Also, they drained my coolant, didn't fill it up or wash my truck which they are supposed to do EVERYTIME and left me with an overheating engine on my way home which could have seriously damaged my vehicle. I called and called afterwards and no one ever called me back after I left multiple messages. Service said I would be allright (air pocket in radiator would fix itself) when I left....shish...not even close. Once again, DO NOT USE KUNI HONDA!! More

I called Kuni Honda on Arapahoe about a used Accord, I I called Kuni Honda on Arapahoe about a used Accord, I spoke with a gentleman named Torii on Friday about noon and scheduled a test drive at 9:30 th I called Kuni Honda on Arapahoe about a used Accord, I spoke with a gentleman named Torii on Friday about noon and scheduled a test drive at 9:30 the next Saturday morning. During that conversation I asked if the car was in good shape, Torii told me it was in great shape, just normal "wear and tear". When I got there the car was just starting to get washed and there were dents and broken body parts, ripped seats and according to carfax a broken engine mount. It looked really bad. Torii told me it was all "wear and tear". I made an offer (20% less) and was quickly ushered into a waiting room, and Torii told me it would be an hour before I could take a test drive. Then ten minutes later Torii came by and quickly told us we could go in a half an hour. At that point I left, in not a very good mood. Fast forward two days and a gentleman from Kuni called me (It caught me by surprise, I can't remember his name) and gave it his best shot to make things right. He did his best and if I had not bought another car less than an hour before he called I probably would have taken him up on his offer. I regret I had to deal with this Torii guy because the rest of Kuni Honda on Arapahoe seems like a good dealership. More
My last CRV was purchased in 2007 from the dealer in Aurora. I never liked their service department, so I had always taken my 2007 to Kuni for exceptional service. When ready to trade in my 2007, I wanted to give Kuni Honda a try. That was the best decision we ever made. This was probably the most enjoyable experience I have EVER had purchasing/leasing a vehicle. You are fantastic. I love my new 2011 CRV and will very highly recommend anyone to visit your service department and sales department. Keep up the good work!!!! More

Mike was extremely helpful and willing to answer all my questions. He explained everything that was being done to my van, and when an issue arose, he took the time to explore all the various options and c questions. He was honest with me on the amount of time that it would take to complete the service, indicating that the maintence minder was a big one. He suggested several places that i could walk to since i was going to be waiting for the service to be completed at the location. He also explained all the amenities available in the waiting area.
