Dear Mrs. Lisowy, From time to time, there are misunderstandings that arise in the course of doing business. This is one of those instances. We regret that our several attempts to help you understand that there was never a price increase on the negotiated price of the car have not been understood. You did agree to purchase additional products resulting in an increase in the amount financed but not changing the agreed upon price of the vehicle. Once you realized there would be an increase in the amount financed, you decided to decline all the additional products. We have apologized to you for not returning your call as originally promised as not all the parties involved were present at the time and, fact finding is laborious. We stand by our conviction that there was never any "Rip Off in the financing department." Kuni Honda relies heavily on repeat and referral business. We are ethically driven and, our guests satisfaction is very important to us. We are disappointed to hear that you had an unsatisfactory experience.
